In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.91(b), I am notifying you of the proposed issuance of these amendments.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is finalizing license amendments for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2, and 3, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 & 2 and Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.91(b), I am notifying you of the proposed issuance of these amendments.
 
Please reply within 1 week if the State of Tennessee has comments on the following licensing action submitted to the NRC by Tennessee Valley Authority (the licensee): Application to Revise Technical Specifications to Adopt TSTF-529, "Clarify Use and Application Rules dated June 13, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22164A806). The proposed changes would revise each plants technical specification requirements in Section 1.3 and Section 3.0 regarding Limiting Condition for Operation and Surveillance Requirement usage.
