Holtec International appreciates the NRC staffs on-going review of the License Amendment Request (LAR) 9374-2to the HI -STAR 80 Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 71-9374.

With this letter, Holtec is informing the NRC staff that the responses will be submitted on June 27, 2023. This delay is due to the need for input fr om other organizations that will not be available until that date.
