On July 12, 2018, the NRC approved the termination of South Texas Project Units 3 and 4, CO Ls NPF-97 and NPF-98, and their included Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Parts 30, 40, and 70 licenses. The name "NRG South Texas LP" is deleted wherever it appears in the indemnity agreement.
