NRC/EPRI Working Group Method Improvements

  • Updated frequency values to comport with working group definitions of HEAF events (Arc blast vs. HEAF events)
  • The use of plant specific electrical design to focus HEAF scenario creation and frequency
  • NRC/EPRI working group is in the process of developing CDF modeling tools along with fragility test data, OpEx and expert judgment to define target vulnerability
