RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF                                NRC-2021-000172            1 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST                              RESPONSE TYPE INTERIM      FINAL PART I.D -- COMMENTS Upon receipt of your request, we tasked the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR) and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in NRC's headquarters, as well as Region I (which has responsibility for Indian Point), to search for any responsive records. No responsive records were located. We note that the NRC did receive a FOIA request back in 1984 seeking records and found none at that time; as a courtesy to you, we have enclosed that FOIA request and response.
