By letter dated June 29, 1987, your company submitted Revision 3 to Topical Report No. QP/85.0782 entitled "Framatome Quality Assurance Program for United States Applications" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J.2 (copy enclosed), requests for review of revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150.

Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report irrespective of the nature of the report (e.g., reduces commitment vs.

does not reduce). Your June 29 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of $150 in U.S. currency. Therefore, your j company is requested to remit this application fee to our office.
