Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) is a legacy NRC inspection about plant performance in accordance with Management Directive 8.6. Typically documented as a type of NRC Inspection Report until 2002 when the process was retired.
This program was effectively replaced with the Reactor Oversight Process (ROP). See SECY-00-049.
