DOCKETS 50-266 AND 50-301 UPDATE-ON GENERIC LETTER 89-13 SPENT FUEL POOL HEAT EXCHANGERS POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT In a letter dated November 15, 1990, we provided the NRC staff with aniupdate concerning our-progress in implementing selective actions in response to Action Item II-of Generic Letter 89-13, " Service Facer System-Problems Affecting Safety-Related Equipment." In that letter we noted that our schedule to instrument the spent fuel pool coolingLsystem heat exchanger to monitor heat transfer capability-was delayed until the end-of 1990. This letter is to notify you that this modification has now been completed.
