I am writing on-behalf of my constituent, Mr. Larry Kuhse, who has requested my assistance determining the actual definition of drug. rehabilitation, according to the ~ Nuclear Regulatory Commission. When Mr. . Kuhse applied for employment with Burns International Security Services, his security clearance for access. to Millstone' Nuclear Power Plant was held up because of problems with a previous drug test. I have included Mr. Kuhse's letter to me which' explains the problem.in more detail.
