Dear Mr. Rathbun:
I am writing on-behalf of my constituent, Mr.
Larry Kuhse, who has requested my assistance determining the actual definition of drug.
rehabilitation, according to the ~ Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
When Mr.. Kuhse applied for employment with Burns International Security
- Services, his security clearance for access. to Millstone' Nuclear Power Plant was held up because of problems with a previous drug test.
I have included Mr.
Kuhse's letter to me which' explains the problem.in more detail. Mr. Kuhse is willing to submit to tests'to prove his reliability, even to go'as far as to submit to a drug rehabilitation program though he states that he has never used drugs.
I, would appreciate a-copy of any guidelines you may have that define what constitutes drug rehabilitation according to the Nuclear..-Regulatory Commission.- I appreciate your attention to this matter, and invite -
