Cycle and Materials Licensees information Notice 90-09, Extended Interim Storage of low-Level Radioactive Waste by Fuel Cycle and Materials Licensees Memorandum from Ronald B. Uleck to Paul H. Lohaus, Meeting with Connecticut Low-level Radioactive Waste Program Officials, April 1, 1992 The answer to Question 5 in Attachment C to the above referenced April 1, 1992, memorandum addresses the issue of engineering enhancement of sites to compensate for deficiencies. While Generic Letter 85-14 addresses the question you asked about licensing nuclear power plant onsite and offsite storage of low-level radioactive wastes from all generators within a state, I am continuing to discuss this matter with our Office of General Counsel and may be able to provide you more information in the future.
