In the letter referenced above, the NRC issued conforming license amendments for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) Units 1 and 2 with regard to the transfer of ownership interests and operating authority to Comanche Peak Power Company LLC and TEX Operations Company LLC. Enclosure 3 of the referenced letter contained original copies of Amendment No. 13 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-96 for CPNPP Units 1and2. The NRC requested a signed original copy of the agreement be returned to the NRC. TEX Operations Company LLC hereby submits a signed original copy of Amendment No. 13 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-96 as requested in the Enclosure to this letter. This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2. If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Carl B.
