Klein will tour the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. This is a routine plant visit that will involve discussion of outage activities. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the Comanche Peak Units 3 and 4 combined license applications.
