October 7, 2009 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTICIPANTS IN:
LUMINANT GENERATION COMPANY, LLC (Combined License Applications for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Units 3 and 4), Docket Nos.52-034 and 52-035 This is to inform the participants that Commissioner Dale E. Klein will tour the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. This is a routine plant visit that will involve discussion of outage activities. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the Comanche Peak Units 3 and 4 combined license applications. If the participants have questions regarding this visit, please call Douglas Weaver at 301-415-1800.
