This letter will confirm h,ur agreement regarding the taking of the depositions of the potential witnesses of your client, Miami Valley Power Project, for the forthcoming hearing to consider the financial qualifications of the Applicants in the captioned proceeding. You have indicated that either Mr. Ralph Estes or Mr. Thomas Herman wi'11 testify on behalf of your client and that you will be able to inform me by this Thursday which cf these individuals will appear.
You have also stated that neither Mr. George Suckarieh nor Mr. Dick Van Aggelen who were designated as witnesses in
                      " Miami Valley Power Project's Answers to Applicant's Seventh Set of Interrogatories" will testify at the forthcoming hearing.
The depositions will take place at the offices of The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, 139 East Fourth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, on February 4, 1981, at 2:00 p.m.,
before Mrs. Lisa Holzhauser Kiley, Court Reporter, 8567 Brent Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
In addition, you stated that you would provide further information regarding the deponent's statement of profes-sional qualifications, including published articles, on Thursday. We also agreed that if Mr. Herman testifies, you will make available copies of the last two documents noted l
