Using the listed references, acquire the knowledge needed to satisfy the stated learning objectives through self-study, discussions with other incumbents or subject matter experts, or practical experience. Arrange an interview with the mentor to evaluate the learning achieved and discuss the listed familiarization topics. Bring this card to the mentor interview. Perform a practical or exercise, or provide a detailed discussion of task performance, as directed in the learning objectives. | |||

Conduct the mentoring/evaluation in accordance with Nuclear Management Manual EN-TQ-104 procedure, Attachment 9.5. Review the learning objectives and discuss with the trainee. Evaluation of the trainees mastery of the learning objectives is expected. | |||
