Enclosed is an application (XSNM3763/03), dated February 08, 2018, received by the U.S.Nuclear Regulatory Commission from Ediow International Company, as an Agent for Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organization, requesting amendment No. 03 to its existing license, XSNM3763/02.
 
The license presently authorizes the export of low-enriched uranium to Australia for fuel and medical isotope production at the OPAL reactor.The purpose of the amendment is to change the name of the intermediate consignee in France from CERCA AREVA NP to Framatome.
Enclosed is an application (XSNM3763/03), dated February 08, 2018, received by the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission from Ediow International Company, as an Agent for Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organization, requesting amendment No. 03 to its existing license, XSNM3763/02.
