REQUEST FOR HEARING SUBMITTED ON BEHALF OF ERIC JOSEPH EPSTEIN We have received a request for hearing dated May 11,2007, and submitted by Eric Joseph Epstein. The request for hearing was submitted in response to a "Notice of Opportunity for a Hearing relating to the PPL Susquehanna LLC's Proposed Amendment Requests for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 (50-387&388)," issued by the NRC Staff. The notice addressed the request by the Licensee for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station to revise the SSES 1 and 2 Operating License and Technical Specifications necessary to implement an increased power level. The Notice was published in the Federal Reqister at 72 Fed. Reg. 11392 (March 13, 2007).
The request for hearing is in ADAMS as ML071430580. The request for hearing is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 2.346.
