REQUEST FOR HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSE RENEWAL PROCEEDING FOR THE SUSQUEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 Attached is a petition to intervene dated January 2, 2006, and submitted by Eric Joseph Epstein. The petition was received by e-mail on January 2, 2006, and docketed as of that date.
Subsequently copies were provided by first class mail to the Office of the Secretary.
The petitioner seeks intervention in the proceeding for the renewal of the operating license for Units 1 and 2 of the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (Docket Numbers 50-387 and 50-388). The petition was filed pursuant to a notice issued by the NRC staff dated October 26, 2006, and published in the Federal Reaister at 71 Fed. Reg. 64566 (November 2, 2006). A copy of the petition will be added to ADAMS shortly.
The petition to intervene is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 2.346.
