SNC's review activities have been closely coordinated with the review efforts of the New Plant Oversight Committee, the New Plant Working Group, and the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). On December 17,2007, NEI submitted consolidated industry comments on the proposed rulemaking. SNC endorses the NEI letter with no additional comments.
