On April 21, 2010, SACE filed an unopposed motion requesting a ten-day extension of time for filing of responses to TVAs motion to dismiss Contention 1.
(Watts Bar Unit 2) 
The motion for an extension of time to file responses is granted as to both SACE and the NRC Staff. Responses to TVAs April 19, 2010 motion to dismiss Contention 1 as moot may be filed on or before May 10, 2010.
