ASLBP No. 09-893-01-OL-BD01 (Watts Bar Unit 2) April 22, 2010 ORDER (Granting SACEs Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time for Responses to Motion to Dismiss Contention 1)
On April 19, 2010, applicant Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) filed a motion to dismiss the Southern Alliance for Clean Energys (SACE) Contention 1 in this proceeding as moot. On April 21, 2010, SACE filed an unopposed motion requesting a ten-day extension of time for filing of responses to TVAs motion to dismiss Contention 1.
The motion for an extension of time to file responses is granted as to both SACE and the NRC Staff. Responses to TVAs April 19, 2010 motion to dismiss Contention 1 as moot may be filed on or before May 10, 2010.
It is so ORDERED.
