I am writing to you regarding PNNL-27120, Rev. 1, Criteria and Planning Guidance to Ex-Plant Harvesting to Support Subsequent License Renewal (March 31, 2019) (ML19081A006), which the NRC Staff recently posted on ADAMS. The report is referenced in the NRC Staffs letter to you dated April 2, 2019.
Beyond Nuclear has reviewed the document and found that it contains some information not included in the version of the report referenced in Beyond Nuclears hearing request, which previously was posted on the U.S. Department of Energys website and then withdrawn.1 Therefore, Beyond Nuclear and Mr. Lochbaum, are reviewing the new document to determine whether its content warrants the submission of new or amended contentions. This process may or may not take the entire 30 days generally provided for the filing of new and amended contentions.
We provide this information in anticipation that it may affect the timing of your decision on Beyond Nuclears hearing request. If we decide not to file new or amended contentions, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
/s/

SUBJECT:

Peach Bottom Subsequent License Renewal Proceeding, Docket Nos.

50-227-SLR and 50-278-SLR

Dear Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel Members:

Sincerely,

/s/
