Docket Nos. 50-277-SLR 50-278-SLR NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff is filing this notification to inform the Commission and the participants in this matter that on or about March 25, 2022, the Staff intends to issue to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC revised pages of Subsequent Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-44 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit 2, and Subsequent Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-56 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit 3. The revised pages of these licenses will provide that the licenses shall expire at midnight on August 8, 2033, and at midnight on July 2, 2034, respectively, consistent with the Commissions Memorandum and Order, Exelon Generation Co., LLC (Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3), CLI-22-04, 95 NRC __ (Feb. 24, 2022) (slip op.).
