On May 22, 2001, 1 provided an affidavit in this proceeding in which I stated that 01's investigation of an allegation concerning Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's conduct relating to the reporting of missing fuel pins at the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 spent fuel pool would be completed by late summer. 3. Subsequently, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued an order in which it deferred further proceedings in this matter until September4,2001, and directed the Staff to provide copies of the completed 01 investigation report to the Board and parties.
