PRAIRIE ISLAND INDIAN COMMUNITY'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR INITIAL MANDATORY DISCLOSURES AND FOR FILING PROPOSED PROTECTIVE ORDER AND NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT The Prairie Island Indian Community ("Community") requests that the time period for providing the Initial Disclosures required by 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(a) and for filing a proposed protective order and nondisclosure agreement that is under discussion between the parties be extended from February 27, 2009 to March 9, 2009 due to unforeseen circumstances, as counsel for the Community has been indisposed and unavailable for six of the last eight days due to health issues. Counsel NRC Staff agrees and consents to the Community's motion, but will timely submit the hearing file. Northern States Power Company Minnesota also agrees and consents to the motion, provided that the extension also applies to Applicant's disclosures and the potential filing of a proposed protective order and nondisclosure agreement.
