SAFETY EVALUATION FOR YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION PROPOSED EXEMPTIONS TO REVISED POWER REACTOR SECURITY RULE OF TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS SECTION 73.55 The staff has completed its review of the proposed Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 73.55 exemption requests submitted by the Yankee Atomic Energy Company for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station by letter dated November 30, 2010. Based on our review, we find some of the proposed exemptions to be acceptable. The enclosed Safety Evaluation Report provides our evaluation of the licensee's exemption requests.
