PUBLIC MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT Title: UPDATED: NOTICE OF FORTHCOMING MEETING BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND HONEYWELL METROPOLIS WORKS Date(s) and Time(s): April 12, 2018, 10:00 AM to 10:20 AM Location: NRC Two White Flint North, Huddle Room T-4D24 11545 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD Category: This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting but before the meeting is adjourned.

Purpose: The purpose of the meeting is to discuss current status on Honeywell Metropolis Works pond closure plan.

Contact: Tilda Liu 555-555-5555 Tilda.Liu@nrc.gov Comments: This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by discussing generic regulatory issues with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff at the designated point.

Interested stakeholders and members of the public should contact the meeting coordinator, by email, no later than April 11, 2018, indicating their intention to attend.

This will allow ample time to provide teleconference information to those interested.
