A few weeks ago, I may have spoken to you or left a message about a webinar that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is sponsoring to discuss the status of the State of Wyomings application to join the NRCs Agreement State Program. The NRCs Agreement State Program allows the NRC to relinquish and a State to assume regulatory authority for certain types of nuclear material. The State of Wyoming has applied to assume regulatory authority for uranium recovery activities within the State.
