Three Mile Island Nuclear Station 2013 Emergency Preparedness Biennial Exercise Scenario In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), "Emergency plan and related submissions," and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, "Emergency Planning and Preparedness for Production and Utilization Facilities,"Section IV, paragraph (F)(2)(b), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is submitting the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station 2013 Biennial Emergency Preparedness Exercise scenario package for NRC review. In accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section IV, paragraph (F)(2)(b), Exelon is submitting the scenario package at least 60 days prior to the scheduled exercise date of April 16, 2013. This emergency exercise is a biennial exercise, and therefore, will involve the participation of offsite emergency response agencies.The attached scenario package provides the scenario objectives, schedules, exercise rules, and controller contingency and simulation information.

This package also contains data relating to plant conditions, radiation levels and release rates, and samples of the data to be presented.

The scenario documentation attached to this letter is of a confidential nature. Therefore, Exelon requests that, in order to maintain the integrity of this documentation, this information be withheld from public disclosure.
