Dear Sir:
As discussed between Messrs.T.W.Bishop and W.E.Ide on May 4, 1984, the Arizona Public Service Company Corporate QA/QC Department is being reorganized effective May 7, 1984.The reorganization is being made to consolidate functions and improve consistency within the Department and should enhance our efforts to achieving the Project goals of safety and quality.In accordance with Mr.Bishop'request, the attached Procedure QADP 1.0, Organization and Responsi-bilities, describes the revised organization of the Corporate QA/QC Department.
This organization has also been discussed with the NRC Resident Inspectors.
The appropriate changes to the FSAR are being processed.
