November 20 , 2018 Enclosed is an application (XSOU8850), dated November 6 , 2018 , received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission from Transport Logistics, Inc., for the export of 9 , 600 kilograms of uranium hexafluoride (UF6) heels to be returned to Russia. Assurances from Russia that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation , are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated. Please note that the material is of Russian origin.
