Flagged John, In Energy Northwest's license amendment request to adopt TSTF-523, "Generic Letter 2008-01, Managing Gas Accumulation," approval was requested within one year of the date of submittal with the amendment being implem ented within 60 days thereafter. Energy Northwest desires to modify the implementation period from 60 days to 90 days in light of the expected NRC approval of the amendment prior to the one year timeframe. This timeframe will ensure the amendment can be implemented as planned. Thanks, Lisa
