The Commission is being asked to act on Memorandum and Order responding to a request for a protective stay filed by the Environmental Law and Policy Center relating to (and styled as an appeal of) the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's decision in Licensing Board Panel-13-12. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum ad Order which denies the stay request.
