REPORT In accordance with 1 0 CFR 50.59(d)(2) and 1 0 CFR 72.48(d)(2), this letter transmits a report that summarizes the 10 CFR 50.59 and 10 CFR 72.48 evaluations for changes, tests, and experiments approved and implemented within the reporting period for activities at Callaway Plant. Specifically, this enclosed report covers all evaluations that were implemented from June 1 6, 202 1 to November 23, 2022. In addition to those, a 1 0 CFR 50.59 evaluation that was omitted in the previous 10 CFR 50.59 and 1 0 CFR 72.48 summary report (submitted via Ameren Missouri letter ULNRC-06677 dated June 22, 2021) and is now included in this summary report. The omission has been addressed in the Callaway corrective action program.
