In response to your letter to Mr. J. H. Goldberg dated May 9,1985, Houston Lighting & Power (HL&P) is submitting Revision 2 of the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station Interim Fuel Storage Security Plan.
In a telephone conversation with R. L. Jackson of your office on July 11, 1985 it was deemed that the STPEGS Interim fuel Storage Security Plan Revision 2 is information of the type specified in 10CFR2.790(d)(1) and should be withheld from public disclosure.
