By {{letter dated|date=March 22, 1995|text=letter dated March 22,1995}} (Letter Number PY-CEI/NRR-1910L), the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) stafTstated that it would implement the formal industry position on severe accident management as approved by the Nuclear Energy Institute's (NEI) Nuclear Strategic Issues Advisory Committee on November 14,1994. That position is based upon use of NEI 91-04,
                   " Severe > ' dent Issue Closure Guidelines", Revision 1. This letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that the PNPP staff has implemented the aforementioned industry position.
