Revision' 8 to the Fermi 2 Improved Technical Specification (ITS) submittal incuporates the January 8,1999 responses to the Requests for Additional Information (RAl) for ITS Section 3.7 (Plant Systems) Revision bars are provided to aid in identification of the      ,
changed material. For those changes associated with an RAI, the RAI number is included with the revision bar.
Minor corrections are included in this revision. These changes consist of various format, spelling, labeling, and editorial enhancement and/or technical changes typically identified        '
during implementation preparation. The revision bars for these changes are, except where noted, marked with a circled "A."
The following lists specific changes in Revision 8:
Clean-typed pages that are included for replacement solely due to "page-roll" changes from other RAl-related changes (annotated next to the page footer).
Typo's corrected: pages B 3.7.1-2, B 3.7.1-6, B 3.7-2, B 3.7-6,3.7.3 DOCS A.5 and L.2,3.7.6 DOCS A.2 and A.3.
I Incorporation of Amendment 132.
Changes to Specification 3.7.5 related to RAI 3.4-15 and are marked as 3.4 RAI.
Addition of new Specification 3.7.8 for Emergency Diesel Generator Service Water system. This material is related to RAI 3.8.1-17 and is marked as 3.8 RAI.
t The following additional information is provided regarding the RAI responses provided in Reference 4:
The inconsistency within the Bases for Residual Heat Removal Service Water (RHRSW)               i noted in RAI 3.7-1 has been resolved by eliminating reference to the 8250 gpm flow rate.         !
The change referred to in RAI 3.7 2 has not been made. This resulted from the decision           l l
to include the Suppression Pool Spray function in the ITS. This issue is related to RAI    y l-         S3.6.4.2-1.
