REPORT July 1, 2001 TO December 31, 2001 SYNOPSIS:
Center During this reporting period, Nuclear Management Company(NMC)/Duane Arnold Energy (DAEC) conducted 209 drug and alcohol        tests in accordance with  10 CFR   Part  26. The  break down for this period's testing activity is:

The random testing around 27.41 percent of the average population. The total for all of 2001 was 51.22 percent.
MANAGEMENT ACTIONS TAKEN:

EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION:
the NMC/DAEC continues to implement a Fitness for Duty Program that is effective in achieving objectives of 10 CFR Part  26.
