Thene amendments are submitted to make changes to the St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Physical Security Plan (PSP) .                                     By {{letter dated|date=September 9, 1987|text=letter dated September 9, 1987}}, (H.H. Berkow to C. O. Woody), the NRC notified FPL that any change to the PSP which downgrades vital equipment requires a license amendment under the provisions of 10CFR50.90.
Attachment 1 to this letter is the proposed Physical Security Plan change. Attachment 2 is a Safety Analysis in support of the pr) posed amendment.             Attachment 3                is a "Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration".                                                                          l l
