The correction of a number of minor errors have also been included in this revision.
Revision bars are in the right hand margin adjacent to the revised typewritten text of Discussion of Change (DOC), No Significant Hazards Consideration (NSHC), and Justification for Differe1ce (JDF) arvj clean-typed ITS Specification and Bases pages.
