l                Enclosures 1 and 2 contain safeguards information regarding changes to Revision 18 of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Physical Security Plan (PSP). These l                changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Enclosure 1 describes the proposed revisions to the PSP. Enclosure 2 includes the pages of the PSP incorporating the changes identified in Enclosure 1. Changes are indicated by side bars in the left margin.
