The corrected Bases Section 3.9 (page 198) of the Pilgrim Huclear Power Station Technical Specifications is attached.
In accordance with 10CfR50.36(a), the Bases are not a legal part of the Technical Specifications. Therefore, Basas changes do not constitute an amendment to the operating license and prior NRC approval is not required.       -
Please incorporate this Bases change into your copy of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Technical Specifications.
