Please notify the Manager . Regulatory Compliance et the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Unit No.1 of any questions regarding this document or any associated regulatory commitments.
Commitment                              Committed Date or Outage B16941-1:An evaluation will be performed to determine if Prior to Cycle 16 anelysis of this event without the backup pressure startup regulator inservice will render this a limiting event.
Depending on the outcome of that evaluation, appropriate plant administrative contrcls will be implemented to restrict plant operation when the backup pressure regulato, is out of service.      This evaluation and revision to administrative controls will be completed prior to startup for Cycle 16.
I B16941-2:As part of other corrective actions already Prior to Cycle 16 underway, a full re-evaluatica of all Updated startup Final Safety Analysis Report limiting and non-limiting transients will be performed to ensure that the plant design basis is met and similar critical analysis assumptions are captured in appropriate plant administrative controls.
B16941-3:A review of existing QA/QC and Engineering Standards,    as                                         Prior to Cycle 16 determined     by   Engineering startup Management, will be performed to ensure adequate reviews and processes are in place for in-house and purchased activities. This orogram improvement will be completed prior to startup fc; Cycle 16.
