The following is Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's (NNECO's) commitment made within this letter. All other statements made within this letter are for information only.
B16855 1         NNECO commits that the specific surveillance procedures for the Rod Block hionitor, and the Isolation Condenser Steam Line liigh Flow and Condensate Line liigh Flow Indicators will be revised to incorporate the Instrument Check as specified in the Technical Specifications and implemented prior to startup for operating cycle 16.
