on the roles, responsibilities, and behaviors required during testing including self                      l checking and dual verification by June 1,1997.
B16337-2          NNECO commits to perform a review of all instrumentation and control procedures that require step-by-step use to prevent immediate effects on nuclear safety and plant reliability to verify that these procedures include adequate instructions for dual verification activities by December 31,1997.
