Christian (Zion Solutions), "Issuance of Conforming Amendments Relating to Transfer of Licenses for Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2", dated September 1,2010 This letter provides a copy of Amendment 14 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-59 which has been accepted by both Exelon Generation Corporation, LLC and ZionSolutions, LLC.
On September 1, 2010 NRC issued conforming amendments 185 and 172 to the operating licenses for Zion Units 1 and 2 (Reference 1). This completed the transfer of those licenses to ZionSolutions. An amendment to Indemnity Agreement B-59 was also issued to update that agreement. Enclosed with this letter is a copy of Amendment 14 which has signed by both Exelon and ZionSolutions. Each company is also retaining a signed copy of this amendment.

B-59 AMENDMENT NO. 14 Effective September 1, 2010, Indemnity Agreement No. B-59, between Exelon Generation Company, LLC and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated August 23, 1971, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Delete the name "Exelon Generation Company, LLC" wherever it appears and substitute the name "Zion Solutions, LLC."
