Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revisions Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(q)(5), and 10 CFR 72.44(f),

Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting a description of changes to the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Radiological Emergency Plan (REP). The affected documents are the WBN Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP) listed below:

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission WBL-25-016 Page 2 April 10, 2025 EPIP-3 revision 53 enacted the following change:

Renamed Vaporstream to electronic no~ification system Reorganized assembly and accountability steps EPIP-5 revision 66 enacted the following changes:

Renamed Vaporstream to electronic notification system Reorganized assembly and accountability steps EPIP-12 revision 55 enacted the following changes:

Removed and revised preventive maintenance procedure numbers Administrative changes to table borders, room titles, organization names, and procedure titles Removed outdated test schedules Added additional signature for quarterly Technical Support Center checks These listed changes were evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and 10 CFR 72.44(f). TVA determined that the changes did not reduce the effectiveness of the WBN REP.

The WBN REP, as revised, continues to meet the requirements in Appendix E to 10 CFR 50 and the planning standards of 1 0 CFR 50.4 7(b ).
