Subject:

Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revision Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(q)(5), and 10 CFR 72.44(f),

the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting a description of a change to the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Radiological Emergency Plan (REP). The affected document is the WBN Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure (EPIP) listed below:

EPIP Revision Title Effective Date 5

57 General Emergency 11/19/2021 Description of Changes EPIP-5 revision 57 enacted a minor/editorial change to correct McMinn county fax numbers listed in Attachment 2 (State of Tennessee Notification).

The above change was evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and 10 CFR 72.44(f).

TVA determined that the change did not reduce the effectiveness of the WBN REP. The WBN REP, as revised, continues to meet the requirements in Appendix E to 10 CFR 50 and the planning standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b).
