Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(q)(5), and 10 CFR 72.44(f),

the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting a description of changes to the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Radiological Emergency Plan (REP). The affected document is the WBN Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP) listed below:

EPIP 2

Revision 43 Description of Change Title Effective Date Notification of Unusual Event 01/21/2021 EPIP-2 revision 43 removed the reference to a duty team phone number and replaced it with a web conferencing and video conferencing (WebEx) system.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission WBL-21-004 Page 2 February 2, 2021 The above changes were evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and 10 CFR 72.44(f). TVA determined that the changes did not reduce the effectiveness of the WBN REP.

The WBN REP, as revised, continues to meet the requirements in Appendix E to 10 CFR 50 and the planning standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b).
